The family of John O'Neill, the former head of the FBI's counterterrorism division and one of the world's foremost experts on Islamic terrorism, filed suit against the Republic of Iraq and Saddam Hussein, in Federal Court in Washington, D.C. O'Neill, who was chief of security for the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 was killed in the terrorist attacks. His estate claims there is a definite link between Iraq and Al Qaeda.
